What do I need to place an order?＋
Type the name, choose a colour for each letter and add any helpful notes. Your exact combination will be included with the order at checkout.
How do the letters attach to the wall?＋
Double-sided adhesive pads are included in every set. Apply them to the back of each lightweight letter, then press firmly onto a clean, dry and smooth surface.
What size are the letters?＋
Each letter is approximately 8 cm tall and 2 cm deep. Width varies naturally by character — for example, an I is narrower than a W.
Can I request a custom colour?＋
Yes. If the shade you need is not in our palette, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.
How long will my order take?＋
Every name is made especially for you. We normally dispatch within 3–5 working days, followed by the delivery time for your destination.
Can I arrange the letters however I like?＋
Absolutely. Place them in one line, curve them gently or split a longer name across two lines. Position everything first before pressing the adhesive pads firmly into place.
